Programs, Betweens & Workshops

The guild's goal is to plan Program Activities for each of the monthly general meetings. The program will take place after the general meeting, show-n-tell and the 20 minute hospitality break. The program can consist of a mini demo, speaker or trunk show. Do you have any suggestions? Let us know.

Betweens take place between the afternoon and evening meetings. These are great little workshops to learn everything from embroidery stitches to embellish your quilt or how to turn a sweat shirt into an eye catching quilted jacket.

At the Langley Quilters' Guild we offer a variety of longer Workshops during the year that usually take place on Saturday, but sometimes take place over several days. These workshops are often taught by guest instructors from all over Canada and the US as well as our very own Guild members. A fee is charged for these events.

Registration for these events takes place 2-3 months in advance. These workshops are very popular and they fill up quickly so be sure to register as soon as you can.
