A few volunteers are needed yet to fill the committee: Raffle Quilt Venue Co-ordinators and Advertising. If you are interested in getting to know other members and being part of a team, this may be an opportunity for you. There are many other helpers to guide you and assist you; they are always very generous with their experience and knowledge. If you are wondering if you can handle one of these positions, call Rita to discuss it. And better yet, share a position with your friend!

Maria's story: I am alive today because of the gift of a liver transplant. We are not allowed to know who our donor family is. However every year I make one large quilt to honour my donor and their family. This is an opportunity for me to thank them. While making this quilt, I kept hoping for another tomorrow.
Pieced, appliqued, and machine quilted.
